Vancouver is rapidly losing culturally valuable spaces in favour of condos and other high priced residential development. Cultural workers (artists, community organizers and cultural facilitators) who operate in these spaces are constantly fighting to survive, competing with powerful real estate developers and large, well-financed corporations.
Let’s start a solutions-based conversation on how communities can preserve culturally valuable spaces in the face of increasingly expensive rent and real estate.

Base price includes a cleaning fee and access to a ping pong table on request. Staffing may be required at an additional cost, depending on your event scope.

Any evening from 7 to midnight

You set up and clean up
One studio staff onsite
Option 2: Co-Production
We set up the bar and provide a bartender
You pay per drink ticket, pricing based on your beverage preference. You can charge for these tickets or give them away
Step 3: Choose Add Ons:
We work with a variety of local catering companies and can provide contacts and menus from our preferred vendors
Music and Sound
We provide a standard sound system that is suitable for playlist DJing. We can provide a list of local DJ and/or live music options on request.
Event Planning Services
We can organize food, drink, live performance or DJs, visual installations, photo booths, event photography, additional staff and more – the sky is the limit. Contact us for a consultation.
